2. Activate it
Submit a certificate signing request from your host, or ask us to generate one. Validation is a quick email or DNS check on the domain.
3. Install and renew
We install it on sites we host. Renewal reminders go out at 30, 15, 5, and 1 day before expiry unless auto-renew is on, in which case Stripe handles it.

How does billing work?
Domains and certificates are yearly subscriptions in Stripe. You can turn auto-renew off from My Account; we then email reminders at 30, 15, 5, and 1 day before expiry and once more if it lapses, and the reminders stop the moment you renew.
Who owns the domain?
You do. The registrant contact you enter at checkout is the legal owner. We manage it on your behalf and will transfer it out whenever you ask.
Can you manage DNS and email for me?
Yes. Nameservers and records are set during onboarding for Click Spark websites, and we can point mail at Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
What if a registration fails?
Registrations are confirmed by the registry in seconds. In the rare case one fails, we retry, tell you by email, and refund the charge if the name cannot be registered.
