Accessibility Statement
We do our best to make clickspark.net usable by everyone. If something is in your way, one call or email gets you a person who will help.

Our commitment
Click Spark LLC (“Click Spark”) wants every visitor, prospect, and customer to be able to use clickspark.net, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, captions, or reduced-motion settings. We treat accessibility as part of quality, not as an afterthought, and we work to align the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and with the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
This statement describes what we do today, where we know we fall short, and how to reach a person who can help right away.
Need help right now?
If any part of this website, our booking popup, checkout, or your customer dashboard is difficult to use, contact us and a member of the team will help you complete what you came to do: answer questions, take a booking or order by phone, or provide information in another format such as plain text, large print, or a phone walkthrough.
Tell us the page or feature, the assistive technology or browser you are using, and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days and to fix confirmed barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.
What we do to support accessibility
- Semantic structure. Pages use real headings, landmarks, lists, and labelled forms so screen readers can navigate them.
- Keyboard access. Menus, the “Let’s Meet” booking popup, filters, the cart, and checkout can be operated with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators and an Escape key that closes dialogs.
- Color and contrast. Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios on both the dark and light sections of the site.
- Reduced motion. When your device asks for reduced motion, the homepage 3D scene, the packages animation, and scroll effects stop or simplify.
- Touch targets. Buttons and links are sized for at least 44 by 44 pixels on phones.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images carry alt text; decorative animations are hidden from assistive technology and described in text nearby.
- Forms that explain themselves. Required fields, errors, and confirmations are announced, and nothing is submitted without a clear action from you.
- Ongoing checks. Automated accessibility and browser checks run before each release, and we review new features against WCAG before they ship.
Conformance status
clickspark.net is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means most content meets the standard and we know of some exceptions, listed below. We are working through them and update this statement as they are resolved.
Known limitations
- Homepage 3D scene. The animated hero is decorative. It is skipped for reduced-motion settings and is not required to reach any content; if it causes discomfort, the “Continue” control and the rest of the page work without it.
- Third-party services. Payment pages are provided by Stripe, meeting links by Google Meet, and some videos by Vimeo. We choose vendors with published accessibility commitments, but we do not control their interfaces. If you hit a barrier there, contact us and we will complete the step with you another way.
- Invoices and receipts. PDF invoices are generated by Stripe. Ask us for a plain-text or HTML copy of any invoice.
- Older visuals. A small number of illustrative diagrams are being reviewed for clearer text descriptions.
Feedback and formal complaints
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of clickspark.net. Use the contact options above, or write to us at the address on your invoice. If you are not satisfied with our response, tell us and we will escalate it to the owner of the business. Nothing in this statement limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
Technical information
The site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA, and SVG. It is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, on desktop and mobile, together with common screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack. Core content and purchasing do not require JavaScript to read, although booking a call and checking out do.
This statement was prepared on September 12, 2026, based on internal review and automated testing, and is reviewed whenever the site changes materially.
