Privacy Policy
Plain language about what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the controls you have. Short version: we collect what we need to talk with you and do the work, we do not sell it, and analytics only runs the way your cookie choice allows.

Who we are and what this covers
Click Spark LLC (“Click Spark,” “we,” “us”) is a United States marketing, website, and AI automation agency. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through clickspark.net and its customer dashboard (together, the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, prospects who book a call or send an inquiry, and customers who buy packages or services.
It does not cover the practices of third parties we link to, or the information our customers collect from their own customers using work we build for them. Those are governed by their own policies.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Inquiries and call bookings: name, email address, phone number, company, what you want to work on, budget range, and any files you attach.
- Accounts: email address, name, company, phone, password (stored only as a salted hash), optional two-factor settings, and your sign-in activity.
- Purchases: the packages you buy, order references, invoices, and billing details. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Project briefs and messages: answers to onboarding questions, uploaded assets, and communications with our team.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, buttons used, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, referring site, and campaign identifiers (such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs) present in the link you arrived from.
- Cookies and similar technologies described in the Cookies section, including analytics identifiers when you allow analytics.
- Server logs that record requests to the Site for security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting.
Information from others
- Stripe sends us the status of payments, refunds, and subscriptions.
- Google Calendar tells us whether you accepted a meeting invitation we sent.
- Public business sources (your website or listings) may be reviewed when preparing a proposal or audit you asked for.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule and hold calls, and send meeting invitations and reminders.
- To create and secure your account, verify your email, and sign you in with one-time links or two-factor codes.
- To process orders, deliver and support the work you bought, send receipts and service notices, and handle refunds and disputes.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve pages, packages, and the customer experience, using analytics only as permitted by your cookie choices.
- To measure marketing performance and, if you later consent, to support advertising measurement.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, and security incidents, and to enforce our Terms and Conditions.
- To comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
We do not use your personal information to train artificial-intelligence models, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep information
- Inquiry and booking details: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
- Customer accounts, orders, briefs, and deliverables: for the life of the account and as long as needed to support the work, then per our records schedule.
- Financial records: at least 7 years, as tax and accounting law require.
- Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics; aggregated reports may be kept longer.
- Security logs: typically 90 days.
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time; we will do so unless we must keep specific records for legal, security, or billing reasons.
How we protect information
The Site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest, sign-in links expire after 30 minutes, staff access is role-limited and logged, uploads are stored in a private, access-controlled location, and rate limits guard sign-in and public forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps and will notify you and regulators as the law requires if a breach affects your information.
Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to or restrict certain uses, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent to analytics through the cookie banner. Customers can update most details directly in their dashboard.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws, including the right to know what categories of information we collect and disclose, the right to opt out of sales, sharing, or targeted advertising (we do none of these), the right to limit use of sensitive information (we collect none), the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights, and the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. We honor these rights to the extent the laws apply to us.
To exercise any right, email hello@clickspark.net or call +1 (786) 882-3438. We will verify your identity, usually by confirming control of the email address on file, and respond within 45 days, extending once if necessary. You may authorize an agent to act for you if they provide proof of your permission.
Marketing communications are always optional. We send service and transactional messages about your inquiries, bookings, and orders; you can opt out of anything else by replying or using the unsubscribe link.
Children
The Site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and never from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
We operate from the United States and process information there. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information is transferred to and handled in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. For visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, analytics is off until you consent, our legal bases are consent, contract, and our legitimate interests in running and protecting the Site, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email to customers before they take effect. Continuing to use the Site after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
