From purchase to a finished handoff.

After payment, you complete a focused brief and schedule an introduction call. We study the inputs before the conversation so the project starts with context.

  1. Design the role

Define responsibilities, volume, tools, knowledge, decisions, boundaries, service levels, metrics, and the accountable human owner.

  2. Onboard the context

Organize approved company, customer, offer, policy, process, and brand information and connect only the systems the role requires.

  3. Pilot with supervision

Run realistic scenarios, evaluate outputs and actions, test failure and escalation paths, and supervise a contained production release.

  4. Manage and improve

Monitor performance, review exceptions, update knowledge and rules, document changes, and extend proven workflows deliberately.

A fixed-scope package can stand alone or become the clearest first step into a deeper engagement.

Questions before you book.

Clear answers about fit, limits, delivery, and what happens after purchase.

What is an AI employee?

An AI employee is Click Spark’s name for a managed, role-based AI system that supports recurring business work through approved knowledge, tools, workflows, actions, controls, and human handoffs. It is software and an operating service, not a legal employee or a substitute for accountable leadership.

Can an AI employee replace a person?

The purpose is to expand capacity and remove repetitive coordination, not to imitate every responsibility of a human role. People retain ownership of relationships, sensitive decisions, exceptions, strategy, and quality.

How do you control what an AI employee can do?

We use least-privilege access, approved data, explicit instructions, source rights, action boundaries, evaluations, logging, confidence thresholds, fallbacks, and human approval or escalation based on risk.

What do the commitment plans mean?

Month to month has no commitment. The 3, 6 and 12-month plans cost less each month in exchange for a minimum term. Leaving early means finishing the term or repaying the discount on the months already served, as set out in the subscription terms.
